Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings Expertise conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy plans Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions Create and update progress reports in accordance with IEPs and educational guidelines Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and federal standards Foster a positive, encouraging environment for students to achieve their goals Enjoy the energy of working with diverse student populations while enhancing your professional skills.
