Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active SLP (ASHA) license in Alabama. Alabama professional educator license (verify eligibility online). Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCCs). Comfortable supervising, if CCCs. Experience or interest in serving elementary and middle school students.Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 60 students. Work primarily in one school, with the possibility of supporting a second location. Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Supervise and mentor as required, based on CCCs status. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines.Benefits:
