Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by supporting their communication and learning at a vibrant Alabama school. This onsite contract opportunity is ideal for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about empowering children to achieve their full potential. Full-time hours are preferred, and you'll have the chance to collaborate with dedicated teams that foster a nurturing and dynamic school community. As a valued SLP, you'll work onsite during the 2026-2027 academic year, from July 27, 2026, to May 28, 2027. Caseloads will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best match for your expertise and interests. You'll bring: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Eligibility for Alabama state licensure Previous school-based experience preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering growth and inclusion in diverse student populations What you'll do: Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication disorders Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Create engaging activities tailored to individual student needs Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment Step into a role where your expertise will be valued and you'll have resources to make a real impact.
