Active AL SLP License required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Experience working within school settings, especially with K-12 populations Ability to manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state guidelines Consult with staff regarding effective communication strategies and interventions Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student growth Compensation for this contract role ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, for 37.5 hours each week across a standard school schedule.
