Job Description

Make an impact in the educational setting by providing essential Speech-Language Pathology support to students. This contract-based opportunity invites dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality speech and language services within school environments. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in empowering students to achieve their full academic and social potential.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities Strong organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students referred for speech and language concerns Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Deliver direct therapy to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and services delivered Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary discussions Provide resources and training to staff and caregivers as needed Whats in It for
