Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SLP to join our Vernon, AL team on a PRN basis. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs. Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Alabama SLP license and ASHA certification (or eligibility). Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Preferred Qualifications Clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
