Speech-Language Pathologist - Early Intervention Our Little Feats is seeking a compassionate and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early-intervention services to infants and toddlers in their natural environments. Services are delivered in children's homes, daycares, and community settings throughout the Little Rock and North Little Rock areas , with opportunities to serve surrounding communities. This is a flexible contract position with immediate opportunities to build a rewarding caseload while helping young children and their families thrive. Compensation and Benefits Starting rate of $70 per hour Additional compensation for travel to high-need areas, including Pine Bluff Flexible scheduling Ability to select a caseload that fits your availability Immediate caseload opportunities Supportive, family-centered work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in underserved Arkansas communities Responsibilities Evaluate and treat infants and toddlers with communication and developmental needs Provide services in homes, daycares, and other community-based settings Develop individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans Coach parents and caregivers on strategies that can be incorporated into everyday routines Collaborate with families, service coordinators, educators, and other therapy professionals Complete evaluations, progress notes, and other required documentation accurately and promptly Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan meetings when appropriate Advocate for each child's participation and success within the family and community Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility to obtain one Current professional liability insurance Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' natural environments Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children is preferred Early-intervention experience is preferred, but support may be available for therapists new to this setting About Our Little Feats Our Little Feats provides occupational therapy, speech therapy, and developmental therapy services to children and families throughout Arkansas.
