Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligibility for clinical fellowship year State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus Strong knowledge of IEP processes and collaboration with educational teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, ages, and grade levels Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and contribute toward comprehensive student care Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and ethical guidelines This role covers 15 hours per week, offering flexibility to support work-life balance while making a meaningful difference.
