Job Description

Arbor Therapy is a trusted provider of therapy services across the lifespan, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care throughout Arizona. As we continue to expand into the Apache Junction area , we're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor . This is a great opportunity for clinicians who want flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build a caseload that fits their schedule and income goals . Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do:
Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Apache Junction and surrounding areas Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment Educate and partner with families and caregivers Complete timely, concise documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain) Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel within Tucson and nearby communities Experience with pediatric populations (0-30 years preferred) Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred AAC experience a plus Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Work Environment:
This role includes working in home and community settings and may involve standing, lifting, kneeling, and working with clients with a range of developmental, physical, and behavioral needs.
