Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is highly valued Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating childhood speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs Administer comprehensive evaluations and interpret results to develop personalized treatment plans Participate as a key member of the educational team in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitoring student progress Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with district and special education guidelines Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current in best practices Imagine empowering students each day as you bring speech and language skills into focus, paving the way for classroom and lifelong success.
