Job Description

Step into a rewarding position supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract assignment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona Preferred experience working in schools or with pediatric populations Strong foundation in conducting assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring Ability to design and implement effective, evidence-based therapy interventions for elementary students Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interaction with teachers, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders and create individualized plans to support their progress Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups, adapting techniques to meet student needs Consult regularly with classroom teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each child Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and required reports in line with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a key member of the student support team Facilitate professional development for fellow educators about communication disorders as needed This full-time contract position provides a fantastic environment to grow professionally while helping children flourish.
