Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences. Valid state licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Recent experience or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered. Background working in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare environments desired. Strong collaboration abilities with educators, families, and other specialists.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide speech and language therapy for students according to individualized education programs (IEPs). Work with students across elementary to high school levels addressing a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation. Maintain organized documentation, track student achievements, and participate in IEP meetings. Offer resource guidance and support for teachers and families to extend learning beyond the therapy session.
