Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by applying your expertise in speech-language pathology within a supportive school environment near Florence, AZ. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to work alongside educators and other specialists while making a meaningful impact on children's communication skills and academic success.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language difficulties Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and related communication goals Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of evaluations, sessions, and student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes Involve and educate families about therapy processes and recommended activities Enjoy a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, together with continuous support to foster your professional growth.
