Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' communication needs as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. Located within a collaborative educational environment near Maricopa, AZ, this position focuses on making a lasting impact in the lives of children through innovative speech therapy services. Successful candidates will utilize their clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for students with a variety of communication disorders. Whether you are an SLP-CCC or a dedicated Clinical Fellow (CFY), your skills are needed to provide high-quality care and enable achievement in both educational and personal areas for each child you serve.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible state licensure for Arizona ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience working in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation Collaborative, adaptable, and student-focused approach Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students using standardized assessments and diagnostic tools Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual sessions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain detailed records and thorough progress documentation Contribute to school-based meetings and share expertise on communication-related topics This contract offers a chance to grow professionally while serving a vibrant community of learners.
