As a Home Health Speech Therapist , you will join the Banner Home Health Clinical Team providing exceptional, expert care in your community. You will enjoy an autonomous practice focusing on functional rehabilitation within the patient's actual home environment reflective of your patient's specific needs. The Home Health environment allows for the time to create relationships with your patients and create your own schedule that is not possible in a hospital setting. Be part of the Banner Home Health Team focusing on getting patients back to their daily life by providing physical and emotional needs during illness and through recovery. Training 30-60 day Working at minimum 2 day per week (Days can vary from week to week depending on class schedule.) Monday- Friday 8:00am
- 5:00pm After Training PRN Position Call Outs/ PTO/ Leave Monday
- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Minimum of 2 shifts per month
