This full-time, contract opportunity puts your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist at the heart of student success, collaborating with educators and families alike to ensure access to essential speech and language services. Ideal candidates are eager to empower students with diverse learning needs, adept at fostering progress, and skilled in delivering assessment and intervention both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Whether you're an SLP with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or you're a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate, your passion for making a difference will be highly valued.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology CFY candidates eagerly considered along with those holding the CCC credential Strong knowledge of school-based SLP practices, including IEP development and implementation Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities Demonstrated experience or coursework in working with pediatric or school-aged populations

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP requirements Document student progress and maintain accurate case records Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student learning Provide both individual and small-group interventions to address receptive and expressive language needs Participate in IEP meetings and team consultation
