Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist in a welcoming and dynamic K-12 environment. This full-time contract role, running from August 6, 2026, to May 27, 2027, offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a varied caseload while supporting language and communication development across grade levels. Experience a role tailored for success with guaranteed hours, opportunities for both direct and indirect services, and no extra district duties beyond your contracted hours. If you're a traveling therapist, you'll find additional stipends available, ensuring your focus stays where it matters most—your students.
Preferred Qualifications:
Holds or eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials Bilingual proficiency required Experience in school settings with K-12 populations Familiarity with IEP creation and implementation Strong collaborative and communication skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide culturally responsive services
What You'll Do:
Deliver speech and language therapy, both direct and indirect services, on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) Assess and diagnose communication disorders for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Track progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school requirements Work alongside fellow educators, support staff, and families to ensure meaningful student outcomes Attend essential meetings and participate in the IEP process As a valued full-time employee, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and 401k, supporting your wellbeing throughout the school year.
