Speech-Language Pathologist SLP Surprise (RF: 3253)

We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position working with students in the Surprise, AZ area for the 2026-2027 school year. Eligible candidates must be licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC preferred) in the state of Arizona and have a valid IVP Fingerprint Card.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active Arizona SLP certification/licensure through the AZ Department of Education and Department of Health Services CCC-SLP preferred Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required Strong professional references

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech/language screenings, evaluations, and therapy services for students with communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide individual and group therapy to support communication, academic, social, and emotional development Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Support students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs using evidence-based practices Participate in assessments, re-evaluations, consultations, and multidisciplinary team meetings Promote inclusive, culturally responsive, and ethical practices within the school environment At Humanus, we are devoted to making a difference and improving the lives of others.
