Compensation:
Per Visit | Earn up to $105,300 annually based on productivity

Your Role:
Home Health Speech Language Pathologist You will provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping patients improve communication, cognitive skills, swallowing function, and confidence in daily living. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home speech therapy evaluations and follow-up visits Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Educate patients and caregivers on communication techniques and home exercises Document visits using WellSky Kinnser EMR Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Active Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred CFY candidates welcome to apply CPR certification (AHA) preferred Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred) Strong clinical judgment and time management Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance Strong communication and a patient-first approach What You'll Gain Flexible, independent schedule Competitive per-visit compensation with strong earning potential Consistent patient volume to support productivity A meaningful role helping patients remain safe at home Apply If you are a Speech Language Pathologist who values flexibility, autonomy, and making a real difference, we'd like to connect.
