  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • to join our growing interdisciplinary team and support individuals of all ages in reaching meaningful milestones across clinic, community-based, and telehealth settings. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care that improves communication and overall quality of life.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills across all populations + Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans + Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation + Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress + Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills in home and community settings + Coordinate services across clinic, community-based, and telehealth platforms + Manage caseload, scheduling, and ensure accurate billing practices •
Specialty & Program Areas:
  • + Support Feeding Services (High-Need Area) in collaboration with OT/SLP + Assist with Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as part of interdisciplinary collaboration + Participate in Community-Based Services (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines + Provide Telehealth Services across all disciplines
  • Qualifications:
  • + Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology + Current Arizona state licensure/certification as an SLP + One year of experience preferred, but not required + Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle (for community-based services) + Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills + Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach
