Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure as required for school-based SLPs Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to support integrated educational programming Conduct screenings and participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress monitoring Serve as a resource for educators and families, providing guidance and support This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology in a dynamic school setting where your contributions will be highly valued.
