We believe therapy should be evidence-based, relationship-centered, and accessible — and we are looking for clinicians who share that vision. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who loves working with children and families and values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful, connection-driven therapy. A rare and enriching professional environment. This role is based in a shared professional office alongside Occupational Therapists, a Neuropsychologist, and Mental Health Providers. While each provider maintains their own independent practice, this setting offers a genuine opportunity to work in close proximity to a rich network of pediatric and neurodiversity-affirming specialists — making informal consultation, cross-referrals, and a warm collegial community a natural part of your workday.
Clinicians provide services in:
Our clinic space in Arcadia (shared professional office) Families' homes in the surrounding community Service areas are typically located within a 10-15 mile radius of the clinician's preferred location. We work closely with each clinician to build manageable caseloads that align with their schedule and geographic preferences. This is a W-2 per diem position offering flexibility in caseload size and scheduling.
Minimum commitment:
5 sessions per week —————————————————— Compensation Starting at $65 per session depending on experience Paid administrative time Mileage reimbursement Paid team meetings —————————————————— Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and social communication differences in children Provide individual therapy sessions in the clinic and in families' homes Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs Work collaboratively with families to provide education and support carryover of skills Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care Maintain SOAP notes and documentation through our EMR Complete written progress reports every 6 months —————————————————— Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Experience working with pediatric or early intervention populations preferred Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered therapy Strong collaboration and communication skills —————————————————— Benefits W-2 employment Flexible scheduling — build your own caseload Paid Sick Leave Paid Administrative Time Mileage Reimbursement Paid Team Meetings Continuing Education Stipend to support professional development Ongoing mentorship and clinical collaboration Administrative support Health Benefit for Full-Time Clinicians Clinicians who maintain 25 scheduled sessions per week qualify as full-time and are eligible for our Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA).
