Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Azusa, CA. This role focuses on delivering speech therapy services in a school setting, working with a diverse pediatric population. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively support students' communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Utilize teletherapy techniques when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
Desired Qualifications:
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience as a School-based SLP, including clinical fellowship year (CFY) experience. Expertise in pediatric speech therapy and teletherapy delivery. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are essential for this position. Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational and healthcare environments.
Location:
Azusa, California (school-based contract position)
Compensation:
Hourly rate ranging from $50 to $70, commensurate with experience.
