Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Azusa, CA. This role focuses on delivering speech therapy services in a school setting, working with a diverse pediatric population. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively support students' communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Utilize teletherapy techniques when applicable to ensure continuity of care.Desired Qualifications:
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience as a School-based SLP, including clinical fellowship year (CFY) experience. Expertise in pediatric speech therapy and teletherapy delivery. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are essential for this position. Hourly rate ranging from $50 to $70, commensurate with experience.
