Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students while advancing your career in speech-language pathology! This contract opportunity focuses on supporting school-aged children from June 9th through June 30th, with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Located near Biola, CA, this role is ideal for those passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals in a school environment. What you'll bring: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC certification Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings Skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing intervention plans for a range of communication disorders Excellent communication with students, staff, and caregivers Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation Positive, adaptable approach within diverse student populations Your responsibilities will include: Conducting speech and language assessments for students as required Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans Providing direct therapy sessions, both individual and small group Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and district requirements Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of student goals For selected candidates, the contract will span from June 9th through June 30th, offering a consistent 25-hour workweek.
