This contract opportunity is perfect for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), looking for a fulfilling, full-time assignment near Biola, CA.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLP license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting Strong understanding of IEP process and ability to collaborate with educational staff Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Adaptable, patient, and passionate about helping students achieve communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate records, documentation, and regular progress reports Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and required training sessions Offer guidance and resources to school staff and parents regarding student communication needs Candidates will have the opportunity to work a consistent daytime schedule throughout the academic year, making a measurable difference in the lives of students.
