This role is ideal for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), who are passionate about helping children thrive academically and socially. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active CCC-SLP certification State licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice Previous experience delivering SLP services within an educational setting Exceptional communication skills with students, educators, and families Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and compliance standards
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech and language disorders Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, counselors, and parents to ensure successful student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist in this contract role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping supportive classroom environments and fostering genuine growth in students' communication abilities.
