Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued Excellent communication and documentation abilities Approachable, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success Monitor progress, keep thorough records, and participate actively in IEP meetings Provide resources, strategies, and support to staff and families What You'll Enjoy in
