Desired Qualifications:
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure CA CTC credential Proficiency in school-based SLP support, including SLP-CCC, CFY, and pediatric healthcare experience Effective in working with elementary-aged students, adapting strategies to meet diverse needs Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Dedication to evidence-based assessment and intervention methods
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements Mentor and support clinical fellowship year (CFY) professionals if applicable Onsite professionals will enjoy weekly pay, retirement planning through a 401K, and access to robust insurance plans for medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.
