9652186-95307 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full 2026-2027 school year. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their full academic potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience providing services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated skill in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapy and intervention services for students across K-12 grade levels Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic care Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings Offer consultation and guidance to staff regarding language, articulation, and communication needs in the classroom
