Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make an impact supporting elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering communication and helping children develop essential skills. Your expertise as an SLP—whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)—will be valued and supported. Work closely with a welcoming school team to deliver evidence-based interventions and create positive learning experiences.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility in California SLP-CCC or active pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Skills in assessing, diagnosing, and providing direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a full-time elementary school caseload, providing speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop goals, and implement IEPs for students Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student progress Monitor and document student outcomes, making ongoing adjustments to therapy approaches as needed Provide consultation and resources to teachers and classroom staff You'll have the chance to work in a supportive and innovative environment where your growth is encouraged.
