Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (ASHA certification preferred) Experience working in school-based settings is highly desired Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educators Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently Commitment to student success and professional growth
