San Diego County, CA (In-home and community-based services) Join Our Mission-Driven Team Supporting Children Ages 0-3! At Early Connections Therapy, Inc., we specialize in delivering in-home early intervention services to children ages birth to 3 in their natural environments. We are currently seeking passionate, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are committed to making a difference through high-quality, play-based therapy and empowering families with effective tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home and community-based speech-language therapy to children ages 0-3 Conduct developmental screenings, assessments, and evaluations Follow and implement IFSP goals tailored to each child's needs Coach and support parents/caregivers with intervention strategies for daily routines Prepare timely and thorough documentation including evaluation, progress, and discharge reports Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA and agency confidentiality standards Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
