Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful role supporting student communication and learning in a vibrant school community near Concord, CA. This full-time, contract opportunity offers Speech-Language Pathologists a chance to make a lasting impact throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year. With multiple onsite openings available, professionals holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families Provide direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation as required by school regulations Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and fostering collaborative solutions Offer support and resources to school staff and parents, enhancing overall student outcomesQualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Active California SLP licensure Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to student growth and a positive team environment This is an opportunity to inspire growth and confidence in students while building rewarding relationships within a passionate educational community.
