School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Crestline, California Soliant - 3.9 Crestline, CA Job Details Contract $47.53 - $67.53 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY SLPs encouraged to apply Prior experience working with school-aged children or in a school setting preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders Conduct screenings and assessments to identify individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain all necessary records Provide individual and group therapy sessions according to IEP goals Monitor and document student progress; adjust intervention strategies as necessary Serve as a resource on speech and language-related issues within the school community This contract opportunity offers a rewarding way to contribute to student development while gaining valuable school-based experience.
