Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current license or eligibility to practice as an SLP in California Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the team
