Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), SLP-CCC, or SLP Clinical Fellow (CFY) Consideration also given to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with school or healthcare experience Background or training in pediatrics and/or school-based caseloads is highly valued Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills Ability to develop individualized plans that align with IEP goals and educational progress Dedication to fostering student growth and supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Design, implement, and monitor therapy sessions for students with communication, articulation, or language delays/disorders Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to integrate services within the classroom and beyond Develop IEPs, progress notes, and maintain accurate documentation as required Provide consultation and support for classroom modifications and teacher strategies Engage in ongoing professional development focused on evidence-based practices and student engagement
