Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027, in Woodland, CA. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic school environment, providing direct support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Caseloads are organized based on your experience and preferences, and heavy caseloads are supported by Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person speech and language assessments and therapy sessions for K-12 students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with educational standards. Support students' communication goals through evidence-based practices. Collaborate with school staff to promote effective communication strategies within the classroom.
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Experience working in school settings preferred. NPI and California Teaching Credential (CTC) required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage caseloads effectively with support from SLPAs.

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
