Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and tailor individualized therapy plans to address unique communication challenges. Provide direct, purposeful therapy sessions to help students achieve targeted goals. Track and document progress meticulously, adjusting interventions as needed. Actively partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. Guide and involve families throughout the therapy process, promoting ongoing progress.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads highly valued. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
