Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time opportunity, located near Ramona City in the vibrant El Cajon area, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a dedicated educational team. Applicants should bring either their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, or be completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)—with supervision available for motivated new graduates. You will be working with a diverse elementary caseload, collaborating with staff and families to foster student growth and communication skills throughout the academic year.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC-SLP preferred, but applications from candidates completing their CFY are welcome if supervision is required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Passion for working with young learners in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive language, speech, voice, and fluency assessments Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and documentation Provide therapy sessions and monitor student outcomes This dynamic position lets you positively influence young lives while developing your skills as a clinician.
