Qualifications & Required Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CF eligibility Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting goals as needed Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one and group settings Maintain up-to-date records and document progress according to district and legal requirements Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational and therapy planning
