Hesperia, CA (Optimized for candidates commuting from Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, and the surrounding Inland Empire valley with a custom Commuter Stipend / Paid Drive-Time Package )The Commuter & Compensation Package:
Licensed SLP Pay Rate:
$68- 75/hr. (DOE). At a typical 37.5-hour school week, this equals $2,550.00
- 2,812.50/week , or $91,800
- $101,250 per school year .
CF / RPE
Pay Rate:
$65- 67/hr. with elite supervision. At 37.5 hours/week, this equals $2,437.50
- 2,512.50/week , or $87,750
- $90,450 per school year .
The Commute Bonus:
Custom drive-time compensation or mileage stipends available for qualified candidates commuting from outside the High Desert / down the hill .Paid Indirect Time:

Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or RPE/CF Temporary License. Provide high-quality, individualized therapeutic intervention and standardized assessments to school-aged students who present with communication disorders and delays. Develop, monitor, and implement individualized goals and IEPs. Collaborate dynamically with teachers, interdisciplinary school teams, and parents to ensure skills generalize across settings. Maintain detailed, compliant documentation according to special education regulations.About Us:
