Your skills will support learners in reaching their communication goals while collaborating with a dedicated school team near Fremont, CA.

Desired Background and Experience:

Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Previous experience working within school settings preferred Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and treatment planning for K-12 students Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy and intervention approaches to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Document and track student progress according to district and state guidelines Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing professional insight Offer prevention, intervention, and consultative services as needed throughout the school year
