9591924-91205 Job Description Make a meaningful difference supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist this upcoming school year. Youll provide essential speech and language services at multiple school sites within a one-hour/20-mile radius in the Los Angeles area. The assignment is a full-time, onsite contract position starting August 11, 2026, through June 4, 2027. Enjoy a steady daytime schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm, exclusively serving one to four schools with caseloads of 55-60 students, covering a range of age groups. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply if supervision is secured. Assessment materials necessary for your role will be reimbursed, so you can focus on delivering quality services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current California SLP license Valid CTC documentation (preliminary/clear SLP credential or Certificate of Clearance) School-based SLP experience preferred; open to both CCC and CF (with supervision in place) Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working as an itinerant provider across multiple sites Organized, adaptable, and dedicated to student support SLPA credentials are not being considered for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions for students of varying age ranges Maintain service logs and documentation aligned with district guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and designated case managers at each campus Provide direct therapy and support in compliance with IEPs and district policy Attend school meetings as needed; no case management duties assigned If youre ready to put your expertise to work supporting students communication needs in a thriving, diverse district, submit your application today.
