Qualifications:

Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist license Experience providing speech and language services in educational settings strongly preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage travel between school sites within the district Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse student populations and varying caseloads

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support to students, families, and staff Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to integrate therapy goals within classroom settings and reinforce strategies across environments Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations tailored to each student's unique needs Serve students at various schools throughout the district, supporting a wide range of age groups and caseload types This position is ideal for professionals who thrive on variety, value relationship-building, and want to play a pivotal role in fostering student growth.
