School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Grass Valley, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity allows you to work with both elementary and middle school students while supporting communication development and educational success. Position Overview Full-time school-year assignment Onsite services only Support students across elementary and middle school settings Caseload of approximately 55 students Work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team Opportunity to serve a diverse student population Student Population Elementary students (Grades K-4) Middle school students (Grades 5-8) Homeschool and private school students as needed Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment goals Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide direct speech and language therapy services Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district requirements Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Requirements Active California Speech-Language Pathology License Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage evaluations, therapy services, and IEP responsibilities Previous school-based experience preferred Why Apply?
