What We're Looking For:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience or strong interest in both early childhood and school-aged populations Familiarity with educational settings and the IEP process Ability to communicate well with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams Reliability, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering student development

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across grade levels Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to state and district standards Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes Engage proactively in school-based meetings and team initiatives Enjoy the rewarding nature of school-based practice, and the stability of a school-year calendar from August through June.
