Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year! Offering a contract opportunity with full-time hours, this role provides the chance to work onsite with a supportive education community dedicated to student growth and success. If you're an SLP with a passion for helping children and adolescents develop communication skills, your expertise will be valued here. Your schedule would run from August 2026 through June 2027, serving a diverse PreK-12 caseload. This position welcomes both travelers and local professionals eager to contribute to an engaging, collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience or strong interest in both early childhood and school-aged populations Familiarity with educational settings and the IEP process Ability to communicate well with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams Reliability, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering student development
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across grade levels Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to state and district standards Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes Engage proactively in school-based meetings and team initiatives Enjoy the rewarding nature of school-based practice, and the stability of a school-year calendar from August through June. With a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week, you'll have the opportunity to develop strong connections and see students progress throughout the academic year.
