Qualifications:

Valid and current California SLP License required CCC-SLP preferred; consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology Experience in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize each students progress Maintain accurate and timely therapy records, progress reports, and documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as needed Adapt interventions to fit individual students educational and developmental needs Youll enjoy a full-time schedule with 37.5 hours across five days weekly, providing consistency for students and valuable work-life balance for yourself.
