This contract role offers 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic educational setting near Gustine, CA. Youll collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to help students overcome speech and language barriers to reach their full academic potential. Your experience in school-based SLP settings will enable you to deliver comprehensive services, from assessments and intervention planning to progress reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for both seasoned SLP professionals and motivated Clinical Fellows seeking hands-on experience with a diverse caseload.

What you bring:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple student cases effectively Passion for promoting student growth and fostering an inclusive learning environment Role highlights: Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K12 Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy to students both individually and in group settings Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families regarding student progress Maintain meticulous records and prepare progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention planning Educate staff and families on strategies for supporting students speech and language goals This position offers the chance to be a vital member of a school-based therapy team, making a visible difference every day.
