Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding journey working with preschool-aged children in a vibrant learning environment near the beautiful coast of Half Moon Bay, CA. This full-time, in-person contract opportunity is ideal for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) committed to fostering early communication skills and making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. Preferred Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid California SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly preschool-aged children Demonstrated expertise in school-based and/or healthcare SLP settings Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication abilities Capable of conducting in-person sessions as required by assignment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to preschool children Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans addressing communication disorders within an educational framework Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements Provide culturally responsive services for students who are English language learners, ensuring equitable support Participate in IEP meetings and support families with bilingual resources as needed
