The position is full-time and requires presence on campus, allowing you to build lasting relationships with both students and staff while delivering impactful speech-language services throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience with K-12 students in a school environment beneficial Strong collaboration and communication abilities Commitment to fostering growth, inclusion, and student success

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy services to K-12 students Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and IEPs Provide support and education to teachers, staff, and families Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student development Enjoy the benefits of working directly with students and seeing their growth firsthand.
